What We’re Looking for:
We are looking for a motivated and responsible female Salesperson to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate is proactive, customer-focused, and able to work independently without waiting for constant supervision. She should also be respectful to supervisors and co-workers and committed to delivering excellent service.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in retail or sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- High level of integrity and professionalism
- Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays
- Must be Arabic speaker
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and helpful attitude
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services
- Maintain product knowledge to confidently answer questions
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to team goals
- Ensure merchandise is well-stocked, organized, and properly displayed
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally
- Take initiative in daily tasks without waiting for direct instructions
- Collaborate positively with team members and follow company policies
- Show respect at all times to supervisors and co-workers
