Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Actively reaching out to prospective clients.
- Present Air cargo service solutions to clients and negotiate contracts
- Proactively lead customer acquisition and achieve the monthly sales target.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.
- Collect the Cash & Cheque Payment from the customers and settle it with the Finance Department. Sales need to be conducted in wholesale markets
- Follow up on the arrival status of customers and update them in timely manner Effectively
- communicate with sales in China, develop and maintain good customers
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Provide after-sales support and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Should have Airfreight or Shipping Industry Sales one Experience in UAE ( This is mandatory requirement)
- Fluent in English ( Speaking & Understanding ) are must & any other additional languages are a plus ( Hindi, Arabic Language).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
- Age less than 30 Years
