About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Sales Support cum Customer Service Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the sales team in managing customer relationships, processing orders, and ensuring excellent service delivery to enhance customer satisfaction and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist sales team in preparing quotations, processing orders, and maintaining sales records.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate when necessary.
- Maintain and update customer databases accurately.
- Coordinate with logistics and finance teams to ensure timely delivery and invoicing.
- Support after-sales services, including follow-ups and feedback collection.
- Provide product information and assist customers in product selection.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in sales support or customer service roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software is a plus.
- Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving skills.
