We are hiring! Speedy Machine Car Rental is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Admin / Accountant to join our fast-growing team in Dubai.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily administrative and accounting tasks
- Handle invoices, payments, and financial records
- Coordinate with the operations team on rental agreements and vehicle handovers
- Prepare monthly reports and maintain accurate records
- Ensure compliance with UAE accounting and tax regulations
- Support customer service and documentation as needed
Requirements:
- Based in Dubai, UAE
- Experience in the car rental industry is a must
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and MS Office (especially Excel)
- Organized, reliable, and able to work independently
- Arabic language is a plus
- Immediate availability is preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
