Our dynamic team is expanding, and we are seeking a results-driven Sales Team Leader to guide and inspire our property consultants toward achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of real estate sales agents.
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals in alignment with company objectives.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and support.
- Conduct regular training sessions to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Assist team members in closing high-value deals when necessary.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand client base and property listings.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent customer service and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and management to ensure smooth lead flow and sales processes.
- Stay up to date with UAE property market trends, laws, and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team leader role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and digital tools.
- Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle (preferred).
- Broker's License (optional but a plus).

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
