About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Salesforce Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Salesforce platform to ensure it meets business needs and supports our teams effectively. Job Responsibilities:
1. Ensuring optimal performance of Salesforce systems and products
2. Upgrading and configuring Salesforce systems for optimized integration
3. Managing Salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows and groups
4. Oversee all aspects of user and license management, including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions and public groups
5. Identify and gather requirements from users and stakeholders
6. Support team members and monitor user adoption of Salesforce tools in our organization
7. Importing sales department leads, contacts, and other data.
8. Maintaining the sales cloud, as well as building custom reports and dashboards.
9. Performing database maintenance tasks, including diagnostic tests and duplicate entry cleansing.
10. Evaluating and installing new Salesforce releases, as well as providing training and support.
11. Documenting processes, including error reports and changes to field history tables.
12. Preparing reports for sales and other departments.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
2. Sales force Administrator certification (Salesforce Certified Administrator) is required.
3. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Salesforce administration and configuration.
4. Proficiency in configuring and customizing Salesforce features such as roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups.
5. Experience in managing user and license management processes, including setup, deactivation, and permission assignments.
6. Strong understanding of Salesforce data management, including data import, maintenance, and cleansing processes.
7. Ability to gather and analyze user requirements, and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
8. Experience in Salesforce integration, upgrades, and release management.
9. Proficiency in building custom reports and dashboards in Salesforce Sales Cloud.
10. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
11. Experience in documenting processes, changes, and error reports.
12. Ability to provide training and support to users on Salesforce tools and functionalities.
13. Familiarity with sales processes and workflows is a plus.
