Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and conduct sales calls on potential customers
- Present product information and demonstrate product value to customers
- Negotiate and close sales deals
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers
- Provide after-sales support to customers
- Prepare sales reports and track sales performance
- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule.
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
- Analyse the market’s potential, track sales and status reports
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Continuously improve through feedback
Requirements and skills:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative
- Client interfacing
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- To attend meetings and understand client's requirements
- Excellent in Microsoft word, excel, and PowerPoint
- Very good command of the English Language
- Strong organizational skills, including multitasking and time
