We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Salon Manager to oversee the operations and growth of our premium salon Diva Beauty Lounge. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in salon management, a passion for beauty and wellness, and a proven track record in increasing sales and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day salon operations and ensure smooth service delivery
- Lead, train, and supervise a team of stylists, beauticians, and front-desk staff
- Drive revenue by setting and achieving monthly sales targets
- Implement effective strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones
- Monitor staff performance and motivate the team to meet upselling and cross-selling goals
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, service quality, and customer experience
- Oversee inventory, procurement, and supplier relationships
- Handle client feedback and resolve concerns professionally
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 2 plus years of experience in a salon managerial role
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Proven success in sales growth and achieving revenue targets
- In-depth knowledge of salon operations, treatments, and industry trends
- Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in salon software and systems is a plus
- Fluent in English; additional language skills are a bonus
