We are looking for a professional, well-organized Receptionist / Call Center & Inventory Assistant to be the face and voice of our beauty salon. Arabic-speaking candidates are highly preferred to better assist our diverse clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
Reception & Call Center Duties:
- Greet clients warmly and professionally upon arrival
- Answer phone calls, WhatsApp, and online inquiries in a timely and courteous manner
- Schedule appointments accurately using the salon booking system
- Confirm and follow up on bookings and client reminders
- Handle client complaints or concerns calmly and efficiently
- Promote services, packages, and ongoing offers
Inventory & Administrative Duties:
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely reordering of salon products and supplies
- Receive and log inventory deliveries
- Coordinate with suppliers as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the reception and product display areas
- Assist with daily reporting and basic administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a salon, spa, or customer service role preferred
- Fluent in English; Arabic speaking is a strong advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Basic computer skills and experience with POS or salon booking software
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Strong organizational and time management skil
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
