Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day office affairs and administrative tasks
Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital
Prepare correspondence, reports, and basic accounting records
Assist with invoicing, petty cash, and follow-up on payments
Keep the office environment clean, tidy, and well-organized
Welcome and assist visitors and clients professionally
Manage appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
Support management with any additional tasks as required
Requirements:
Proven experience as a secretary or office administrator
Familiarity with basic accounting and bookkeeping
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Good command of English, both written and spoken
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
Presentable and professional appearance
Working Hours: Full-time, 6 days a week
