Job Purpose:
To ensure the safety and security of company property, personnel, and visitors by maintaining a visible presence, monitoring premises, and enforcing security protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and control access at company gates, buildings, and restricted areas.
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to detect and deter unauthorized activities or safety hazards.
- Respond to alarms, disturbances, and emergency situations promptly and appropriately.
- Check and verify the identity of employees, visitors, and vehicles entering or exiting the premises.
- Record daily activities and incidents in the security logbook or reporting system.
- Report any suspicious activity, safety hazards, or security breaches to supervisors immediately.
- Assist in evacuation procedures and provide support during emergencies (e.g., fire, medical incidents).
- Ensure that surveillance systems (CCTV) are monitored regularly.
- Maintain professional conduct and a neat appearance at all times.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to health and safety.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience as a security guard or in a similar role preferred.
- Basic knowledge of security operations and safety practices.
- Physically fit and able to stand/walk for long periods and respond quickly to incidents.
- Strong observational and communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm and act decisively in stressful situations.
- Integrity and professionalism.
- Must be able to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Additional Requirements:
- Valid security license.
- Basic first aid and fire safety training.

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED1,800.00 per month
