Key Responsibilities:
•Support the Manager, HR in the development and implementation of all HR initiatives and systems; being actively involved in preparing and monitoring documentation.
•Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of employee engagement programs and events (e.g., team-building activities, wellness initiatives, recognition programs).
•Support internal communication strategies to promote transparency, inclusion, and employee participation
•Gather and analyze employee feedback through surveys, focus groups, and one-on-one interviews; identify trends and areas for improvement.
•Maintain and update engagement calendars, newsletters, and internal communication platforms.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion), culture, and recognition programs.
•Assist in onboarding programs to ensure a welcoming and smooth experience for new hires.
•Track metrics and generate reports on engagement KPIs, helping measure the success of various initiatives.
•Maintain employee recognition platforms and organize monthly/quarterly rewards.
•Support wellbeing and mental health programs through awareness campaigns and resource management.
•Perform quality work as part of the ISO 9001 program.
•Comply with all safety, housekeeping and environmental directives.
•Ensure all property is maintained in a serviceable condition, routinely inventoried and safeguarded.
•Maintain the confidentiality and security of all company information.
•Support other members of Program HR in fulfilling their roles.
•Perform other duties as required by their line manager and the Manager, Program HR.
Experience and Education :
•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a similar discipline is preferred.
•A minimum of two to three years of experience in HR/personnel support, handling extensive HR issues is required.
•Excellent organisational and strong interpersonal skills are an advantage
Skills:
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, prioritise and multi-task is preferred.
- Knowledge in the use of Microsoft Office software is preferred.
- The ability to communicate effectively in English, both in writing and verbally is required
- Have, or be able to obtain a valid UAE driver’s license.
