About the Job:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Bartender to join the Food and Beverage Services team in Jumeirah Emirates Towers.
The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:
- Execute the sales strategy as directed by the reporting manager to promote sales, identify business opportunities, and achieve annual sales objectives through assigned KPIs.
- Collaborate with off-property sales channels to ensure coordinated and complementary sales efforts, avoiding redundancy.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of business unit offerings, promotions, market and competitor trends, account share, and customer needs to deliver high-quality service and meet/exceed sales targets.
- Stay up to date with the revenue budget and targets, managing actual and forecasted volumes and occupancies to meet/exceed established sales targets.
- Manage sales target reports, implement measures to achieve/exceed targets, and prepare regular sales forecasts for quarterly submission to the reporting manager.
About you:
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications
- UAE National with a Family Book as per government requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Office, and PowerPoint, ensuring efficient communication and presentation delivery.
- Fluent in English with strong reading, writing, and speaking skills, plus knowledge of an additional language to support diverse client interactions.
- Over 5 years of sales experience within the international hospitality industry, consistently meeting and exceeding targets.
- Skilled in negotiation, relationship-building, and account management to drive business growth and client satisfaction.
- Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills enabling effective multitasking and collaboration with diverse teams.
