Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Brand Manager to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of brand campaigns, influencer marketing, social media strategy, events, and brand partnerships. This role will be instrumental in shaping and amplifying our brand identity, building cultural relevance, and driving engagement across all customer touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Campaigns
- Lead 360° brand campaigns from ideation to execution, ensuring alignment with business goals and brand positioning.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with performance, creative, CRM, product, and media teams to deliver integrated GTM strategies.
- Monitor campaign performance (awareness, engagement, and conversion KPIs) and optimize in real time.
2. Influencer Marketing
- Develop and manage always-on and campaign-based influencer strategies across priority markets.
- Identify and onboard brand-right influencers, creators, and tastemakers to drive reach, credibility, and conversions.
- Track influencer ROI and manage reporting, payments, and compliance.
3. Social Media & Content
- Own the brand’s social media presence and tone of voice across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, etc.).
- Drive engagement and follower growth through content calendars, storytelling, community management, and trend participation.
- Collaborate with creative teams and UGC creators to develop high-performing, platform-native content.
4. Brand Identity & Creative Direction
- Act as the brand guardian, ensuring consistency in visual identity, messaging, and experience across channels.
- Brief and manage creative agencies or internal teams for high-impact visual and verbal brand output.
- Lead periodic brand audits and competitive reviews to ensure relevance and distinctiveness.
5. Events & Partnerships
- Plan and execute branded events, pop-ups, retail activations, and experiential campaigns to create memorable brand moments.
- Identify and negotiate co-branded partnerships that elevate brand equity and drive earned media.
- Track and evaluate partnership performance based on awareness, engagement, and commercial impact.
Key Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in brand marketing, preferably in fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or consumer tech.
- Proven success in leading brand campaigns, influencer strategies, and social media execution.
- Strong creative sensibility, trend awareness, and cultural fluency.
- Data-driven with the ability to translate insights into action.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing external agencies.
- Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder alignment skills.
