Job Description
Job Overview
We are seeking a results-driven professional to manage and grow the Trade & Working Capital portfolio of the bank while maintaining adherence to our policies, ethics, and code of conduct. This role requires strong relationship management skills, financial expertise, and strategic thinking to drive portfolio growth, profitability, and service excellence.
What You Will Be Doing
Client Relationship Management: Manage and grow SME relationships while serving as the primary contact for a portfolio of clients. Understand their business models and financial needs to provide tailored banking solutions.
Portfolio Growth & Cross-Selling: Identify and leverage opportunities to cross-sell SME banking products, including POS Lending, Asset-Backed Lending, Supply Chain Finance, and Cash Management Solutions to drive revenue growth.
Credit & Risk Management: Prepare and present credit proposals, conducting thorough financial analysis and risk assessment. Monitor portfolio health and implement proactive risk mitigation strategies.
Client Servicing & Issue Resolution: Work with internal teams (Credit, Operations, Compliance) to ensure smooth transaction execution and superior service. Address client concerns promptly and effectively.
Market & Industry Insight: Stay updated on SME industry trends, regulatory updates, and market developments to advise clients and identify business opportunities.
What You Should Have
Strong knowledge of relevant policies, practices, and procedures within the banking industry.
Proven credit analysis and client management expertise.
Familiarity with local/international accounting standards and regulatory frameworks.
Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
High level of business ethics and professional conduct.

- Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. Additional certifications in Credit, Risk, or Banking are a plus.
Minimum Experience: At least 5 years of experience in banking or financial services, with a focus on relationship management, corporate banking, or SME finance.
