About the Job:
An opportunity has arisen for Senior Sales Manager to join luxury Jumeirah Beach Hotel. The main duties and responsibilities of this role are:
- Manages portfolio of GCC, Turkey, South Africa and travel to these countries when required to attend events, sales calls, exhibitions.
- Meeting targets for designated Accounts and defined new Markets/ segments for own territory by executing the sales & marketing strategy and plan of action related to own segment.
- Build, maintain and keep nurturing positive relationships with key partners to maximize strategic goals within the leisure and consortia segment.
- Monitor and feedback on competitors’ activities and respond to them appropriately, continuously source new business through research of local media, Government, and market intelligence.
- Maintain an accurate profile and history of all accounts in Salesforce.
About You:
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- At least 2 years of sales and marketing experience, preferably with an international hospitality company or a recognized blue-chip organization.
- Knowledge within the markets of its portfolio.
- Proficient in English and Arabic (Read/Write/Speak).
- Excellent sales skills and proven ability to influence clients to lead to higher revenue generations.
