Design and optimize gas turbine systems for life, weight, manufacturability, and cost.
-
Conduct thermo-mechanical simulations at design, off-design, and far off-design conditions to ensure safety and operability.
-
Perform creep, fatigue, and fracture assessments.
-
Execute vibration and rotodynamic analyses.
-
Carry out Failure Mode, Effects, and Criticality Analysis (FMECA) to support safety and operability assessments.
-
Support and mentor junior engineers, providing constructive feedback and technical development.
-
Review designs and simulations, and generate testing guidelines.
-
Identify project risks and establish mitigation plans.
