What You Need to Know
We are looking for a passionate and inspirational leader with strong business fundamentals and acumen to grow our Topside Controls business unit, help us shape our long term success plan in one of our most strategic markets.
You will be managing, developing and enhancing the general management, operations, financial performance and delivery of our global Topside Controls Businesses whilst managing financial aspects of all functions within the business; project margins, month end/year end and EBITDA targets/results.
What We Are Looking For
Some of the Key Accountabilities:
- Managing a business unit team of circa 260 personnel from global locations of various cultures and languages
- Full P&L Business unit ownership
- Leading the development, execution and maintenance of our annual Proserv Topside Controls business unit strategic plan with a clear focus on growing the market share, unit technologies and products/services.
- Setting business unit targets, objectives and reporting performance, facilitating improvements that work to deliver the strategy.
- Collaborating with function leaders; working on annual objectives, business solutions and competencies.
- Leading the monthly performance reviews, analysing and reporting performance, focusing on safety, quality, delivery, costs, people and strategy.
- Reviewing and approving all CAPEX, NPD and PLM/sustaining engineering projects to ensure they meet thresholds for investment.
- Develop monthly business unit financial reports, annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.
Qualifications / Skills & Experience
- An Engineering, Technology or Business Administration degree
- Experience in managing global business segments and people
- Extensive level of experience in the Energy sector; direct exposure in FPSO, Offshore Topside Systems equipment, Service Delivery and direct experience with major NOCs and large EPCs.
