Job Title: Service Advisor – Auto Workshop

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our auto workshop team. The Service Advisor will act as the primary point of contact between customers and the workshop, ensuring smooth communication, accurate job handling, and high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and understand their service and repair requirements.
- Open and manage job cards, ensuring accurate entry of customer complaints and vehicle details.
- Provide service estimates, timelines, and cost breakdowns to customers.
- Coordinate with technicians and the spare parts department to ensure timely job completion.
- Keep customers informed on job progress, additional work required, and delivery schedules.
- Conduct final quality checks before vehicle delivery.
- Explain repair work and charges to customers in a clear and professional manner.
- Handle warranty claims and maintain service records.
- Strive to achieve customer satisfaction and workshop performance targets.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Service Advisor in an auto workshop.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good technical knowledge of vehicles and service procedures.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Computer literacy (ERP/workshop management systems).
- Fluency in English and Hindi (Arabic is a plus).
- Valid UAE driving license preferred.
