We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Workshop Manager to oversee daily operations at our auto services workshop. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient workflow, on-time delivery of vehicles, high-quality service, and excellent customer satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the workshop.
- Allocate tasks and manage schedules for technicians and mechanics to ensure timely job completion.
- Ensure all repair and maintenance work is carried out to the highest standards and delivered on or before promised deadlines.
- Monitor productivity, efficiency, and quality control across all service jobs.
- Coordinate with the parts department to minimize delays and ensure parts availability.
- Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies.
- Maintain strong communication with customers regarding service progress and delivery times.
- Address and resolve customer concerns or complaints effectively and professionally.
- Supervise and evaluate workshop staff performance.
- Prioritize timely vehicle delivery as a key performance objective.
