Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule service appointments, repairs, and maintenance tasks.
- Act as a liaison between customers and service technicians.
- Handle incoming service requests via phone, email, or online platforms.
- Maintain accurate records of service requests, work orders, and customer interactions.
- Monitor the progress of service jobs and provide updates to customers.
- Ensure timely follow-up on pending service issues.
- Prepare and process service reports, invoices, and related documentation..
- Resolve customer complaints or escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
- Maintain excellent customer relationships through effective communication and prompt resolution of issues.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in administration, customer service, or a related field.
- Male
- Proven experience in a service coordinator or similar role preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and service management software (if applicable).
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle urgent requests efficiently.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
