- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and correctly.
- Maintain cleanliness of dining area, service counters, and customer waiting areas.
- Ensure that tables are clean and properly set.
- Pack takeout and delivery orders correctly and efficiently.
- Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints politely and professionally.
- Follow all hygiene and food safety standards during service and food handling.
- Refill supplies and restock condiments, utensils, napkins, and packaging materials.
- Support kitchen staff when needed, including light preparation and wrapping.
- Follow standard operating procedures and brand service guidelines.
- Work cooperatively with team members and management to ensure smooth operations.
- Perform opening, mid, or closing shift duties as assigned.
