- Supervise and manage showroom staff, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.
- Monitor and drive sales performance to meet or exceed targets.
- Ensure high standards of product presentation, cleanliness, and visual merchandising.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Train, motivate, and evaluate the showroom team to ensure product knowledge and service excellence.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with inventory teams for timely replenishment.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, customer feedback, and staff performance updates to management.
- Implement and follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
