Job Summary
The Showroom Supervisor oversees the day-to-day operations of the showroom, ensures high levels of customer satisfaction, and manages the showroom team to achieve sales targets and maintain brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support the sales team in achieving showroom goals.
- Monitor and manage staff schedules, attendance, and performance.
- Ensure an excellent customer experience through quality service and product knowledge.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure showroom cleanliness.
- Track inventory and coordinate with the inventory/warehouse team for replenishments.
- Address customer issues and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Assist with staff training and onboarding of new team members.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales and performance reports.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in retail/business management.
- 3–5 years of retail/showroom experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems.
- Customer-centric with excellent communication skills.
