Job Purpose
To fabricate and assemble a wide range of signage products including indoor, outdoor, illuminated, non-illuminated, 3D letters, metal, acrylic, vinyl, and digital displays as per design specifications and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Fabrication & Assembly
- Fabricate signage components using materials such as acrylic, aluminum, stainless steel, ACP, vinyl, and LED modules.
- Operate machines like laser cutting, CNC, bending, and welding equipment to shape signage parts accurately.
- Assemble complete signage units based on production drawings and technical specifications.
- Installation Preparation
- Prepare signage for installation including mounting structures, fixing points, and wiring for illumination.
- Collaborate with installation teams to ensure signage is site-ready and installation-friendly.
- Material Handling & Quality
- Ensure correct materials are used and minimize wastage.
- Conduct basic quality checks and report any material or design inconsistencies to the supervisor.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of the workstation and tools.
- Coordination & Support
- Coordinate with the design, production, and finishing teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Assist in loading and unloading signage for site delivery when required.
- Provide on-site support during installation (as needed).
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in signage fabrication
- Knowledge of fabrication techniques and machinery used in signage (e.g., laser cutting, CNC, welding)
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and dimensions
- Basic electrical wiring knowledge for LED signage (preferred)
- Physically fit and able to work in workshop and site conditions
- Team-oriented, disciplined, and able to meet deadlines

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
