Position Purpose
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Operations Executive to join our dynamic team and growing business.
The Operations Executive will oversee project execution across the signage lifecycle — from design handoff to installation. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to ensure project milestones are achieved on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
· Project Oversight: Manage end-to-end operational processes for signage projects, ensuring seamless execution from concept to completion. Oversee operations for signage project execution – from design handoff to final installation.
· Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with fabrication/vendors for execution & installations to ensure timelines and quality standards are met.
· Quality & Timeline Management: Monitor progress across active jobs, ensuring adherence to timelines, design specifications, and quality benchmarks.
· Vendor & Cost Management: Manage vendor relationships, track expenses, and prepare cost estimates for projects, balancing efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
· Documentation & Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including budgets, progress reports, and issue logs. Escalate delays or risks proactively.
- Technical & Product Expertise: Stay updated on advancements in static and digital signage, interactive signage, and sign-making materials. Educate clients on the benefits of signage solutions.
Key Deliverables:
· Projects delivered on time and within budget.
· Smooth coordination between internal teams and external vendors
· Accurate and timely reporting of project status
· Material and resource planning with minimal wastage
· Client site execution with zero escalations.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent
- PMP or operations certification (preferred but not mandatory)
- 2-3 years proven experience in the signage or related industry.
- Strong understanding of signage materials, production processes, and installation techniques.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain high-level client relationships.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Language Skills
· English – proficiency in spoken and written English
Additional languages – preferred but not mandatory
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
