Site / General Foreman (Immediate)
Job Summary:
We are hiring a Site / General Foreman to oversee and coordinate daily site operations across civil and fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, hands-on technical knowledge, and the ability to manage teams and subcontractors efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage site activities, ensuring work is executed as per drawings and specifications
- Allocate tasks to site teams and monitor progress, productivity, and quality
- Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain workflow
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and site regulations
- Maintain daily site reports, labor records, and material usage logs
- Resolve on-site issues and escalate critical matters to project managers
- Conduct toolbox talks and ensure proper use of tools and equipment
- Support in planning and sequencing of work to meet project timelines
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in site supervision or foreman roles
- Strong knowledge of civil works, fit-out, and finishing activities
- Ability to read construction drawings and execute accordingly
- Familiarity with site safety protocols and labor management
- Excellent communication and team coordination skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
