We are seeking an experienced Civil Foreman with over 5 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating on-site construction activities, ensuring that all civil works are carried out efficiently, safely, and in strict accordance with project specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of construction crews, subcontractors, and laborers on-site.
- Ensure construction activities comply with design drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project plans.
- Allocate resources such as labor, materials, and equipment effectively.
- Monitor daily progress and prepare reports for the site engineer or project manager.
- Maintain a safe and clean job site by enforcing safety regulations and housekeeping standards.
- Inspect completed work for quality assurance and adherence to project requirements.
- Resolve any on-site issues or delays in coordination with engineers and management.
- Attend site meetings and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, labor, and material usage.
