Roles and Responsibilities
- Supervision of MEP Works
- Inspect mechanical, electrical, and plumbing installations to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and standards.
- Monitor daily site activities of contractors and ensure proper sequence of work.
- Quality Assurance
- Check materials and equipment delivered on-site to confirm they meet the approved specifications.
- Ensure proper testing of MEP systems (e.g., pressure tests for plumbing, insulation tests for electrical).
- Compliance with Codes and Safety
- Ensure all work follows local building codes, international standards, and safety regulations.
- Conduct site inspections for HSE compliance related to MEP works.
- Authorities Visit
- Coordination
- Coordinate with civil, architectural, and finishing teams to avoid clashes.
- Assist in resolving site technical queries (RFIs).
- Documentation and Reporting
- Maintain inspection records, prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
- Assist with the preparation of snag lists and project handover documents.
- Testing & Commissioning Support
- Witness and verify functional testing and commissioning of MEP systems.

Pay: From AED8,000.00 per month
