Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Site Supervisor with a strong background in steel fabrication within the food industry. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the UAE and possess strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations. You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all site activities, ensuring high-quality standards and timely completion of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage on-site fabrication and installation of steel structures and equipment.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and timelines.
- Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and project managers to execute tasks efficiently.
- Review and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Inspect and maintain equipment and machinery.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues on-site.
- Monitor the progress of work and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with food industry regulations and standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in steel fabrication, preferably in the food industry in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of Autocad or similar design software is a significant advantage.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle site challenges.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to manage teams and delegate tasks effectively.
- Good understanding of UAE construction and safety regulations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Diploma/ITI in Mechanical, Civil, or related field.
- Experience in commercial or industrial steel structure projects.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
