We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to join our construction team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience with UAE driving License -managing construction sites, labor, and subcontractors. This position requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a keen eye for quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise all on-site construction activities and ensure smooth workflow
- Monitor site operations, quality control, and daily work schedules
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and laborers
- Ensure work is completed on time, within scope, and according to safety guidelines
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly site reports
- Conduct site inspections and address any issues or delays
- Report progress and challenges to the Project Manager or Engineer
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of site supervisory experience in the UAE or GCC
- Diploma in Civil Engineering (or relevant technical qualification)
- Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory)
- Familiarity with construction drawings and documentation
- Knowledge of UAE safety regulations and quality standards
- Ability to manage a multi-cultural workforce
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Willingness to travel to different project sites across the UAE
