We are a leading company in walls, floors, and fabrics supply & installation, is looking for a hands-on Sites & Projects Supervisor to oversee project execution and ensure smooth site operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate multiple sites, ensuring quality standards and timely completion.
- Manage, guide, and motivate staff and subcontractors to deliver projects efficiently. • Handle day-to-day site issues with confidence and problem-solving skills.
- Monitor project progress, enforce safety standards, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Review drawings and plans, with the ability to use AutoCAD considered a strong advantage.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Organized & target-oriented professional with proven experience in site supervision.
- Critical thinker & decision maker able to handle pressure and resolve challenges quickly.
- Skilled in people management with strong leadership abilities.
- Holds a valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
- Ability to read technical drawings and familiarity with AutoCAD is a plus.
