Job Title: Skilled Labourer – ConstructionJob Summary:
We are seeking experienced and hardworking skilled labourers to support various construction activities, ensuring quality work and adherence to safety standards. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in construction-related tasks, good physical stamina, and the ability to work as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform skilled tasks such as masonry, carpentry, painting, tiling, plastering, or other assigned construction activities.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, or plans to execute tasks accurately.
- Assist in setting up construction sites, including loading/unloading materials and tools.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and company standards.
- Collaborate with supervisors and other team members to complete projects on schedule.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience as a skilled labourer in the construction industry.
- Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques.
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and basic construction equipment.
- Physical strength, stamina, and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Basic understanding of safety procedures and regulations.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a skilled construction role.
Working Conditions:
- Full-time position, with potential overtime based on project requirements.
- Outdoor/indoor work environments, depending on project location.

Pay: AED1,200.00 - AED1,600.00 per month
