- Conduct detailed inspections of project sites to identify snags (structure and cosmetic defects, or non-compliant works).
- Document and categorize snag items with clear descriptions and photographic evidence.
- Coordinate with project engineers and site supervisors to ensure the timely repair of all snag items.
- Maintain accurate snagging logs and reports for quality assurance and project records.
