Antonia is a homegrown Italian restaurant brand with locations in Abu Dhabi and Dubai. After four years of managing marketing in-house, we’re ready to grow — and looking for a creative, driven, and hands-on Social Media & Content Executive to join our team.
Your main focus will be creating high-quality content and managing our social media platforms with consistency and flair. You’ll also support digital efforts across SEO, email, and paid ads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, shoot, and edit engaging photo and video content (Reels, Stories, Posts)
- Own the day-to-day management of our social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Meta)
- Maintain a consistent visual tone and voice across all platforms
- Help manage influencer collaborations and community engagement
- Update and optimize website content with basic SEO best practices
- Assist in the creation and tracking of Meta and Google Ads
- Support campaign development, newsletter copy, and PR initiatives as needed
- Occasionally attend events, media visits, and shoots across our locations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a social media or content-focused role
- Strong skills in content creation (photo/video) and platform-native editing (capcut, VN expertise is a must)
- Good eye for detail and visual consistency
- Confident in managing Instagram, TikTok, and Meta Business Suite
- Basic knowledge of SEO and an interest in growing that skill
- Familiarity with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (photoshop, illustrator)
- Excellent written and spoken English
- UAE driving license + access to a car
- Self-motivated, flexible, and passionate about food and storytelling
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):
- Italian language or cultural familiarity
- Experience in hospitality or F&B marketing
- PR, events, or influencer management background
