Role Overview
We are looking for a creative, results-driven Social Media Executive to manage and grow the digital presence of multiple brands under our umbrella. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and understands how to tailor content and strategy to suit each platform and audience within a B2B context.
You will play a key role in building brand awareness, driving engagement, generating qualified leads, and nurturing a loyal online community. Success will be measured by performance across lead generation, web traffic, engagement metrics, retention, and advocacy.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute tailored social media strategies for each brand in alignment with overall marketing and commercial goals
- Create platform-specific content calendars (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) and ensure consistency in tone and visual identity
- Content Creation & Management
- Ideate, design, and publish engaging content including posts, videos, reels, stories, carousels, and articles
- Develop and deliver high-impact creatives
- Oversee community management by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Campaign Execution
- Lead and manage integrated social media campaigns to drive engagement, lead generation, and brand loyalty
- Work cross-functionally with Sales and Operations to support product launches, events, and seasonal campaigns
- Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor and analyze social media performance using tools like Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, and others
- Deliver regular reports with actionable insights and strategic recommendations
- Use data to iterate and optimize ongoing campaigns and content strategy
- Innovation & Trends
- Stay up-to-date with the latest platform updates, algorithm changes, and digital trends
- Experiment with new formats and emerging platforms to enhance visibility and impact
Required Qualifications & Skills
- 2–4 years of experience managing multi-platform social media for B2B brands
- Proven success in using Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn for business outcomes (especially lead gen and engagement)
- Strong understanding of content marketing, digital funnels, and brand building
- Ability to manage multiple brands and accounts simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills with strong copywriting and visual storytelling ability
- Proficiency in social media tools and analytics platforms
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, operations)
- Based in or willing to relocate to Dubai
Desirable Skills
- Video editing or graphic design skills (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva)
- Familiarity with paid social media advertising
- Experience in emerging or niche product sectors
