What You’ll Do:
- Develop and execute a monthly content calendar aligned with our marketing goals.
- Jump on the latest trends—Reels, Stories, Carousels—and make them brand-worthy.
- Create platform-tailored content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, TikTok, and more.
- Schedule, publish, and actively manage community engagement.
- Write sharp, brand-aligned captions, hashtags, and effective CTAs.
- Work closely with the marketing and creative teams for cohesive campaigns.
- Monitor performance metrics—reach, engagement, growth, conversions—and adjust strategy accordingly.
- Align organic and paid efforts, collaborating with the digital marketing team.
- Stay current with algorithm updates, platform features, and competitor activities.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience managing social media accounts (real estate experience is a plus)
- Strong understanding of platform algorithms and audience engagement strategies
- Great writing and communication skills
- Familiarity with Canva or other content tools
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize results
- Highly organized, detail-driven, and creative
