About the Role:
We are seeking a creative and tech-savvy Content Creator & AI Expert to develop engaging, high-quality content while leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity, personalization, and innovation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in content creation (writing, video, graphics, or multimedia) along with hands-on experience in AI tools like ChatGPT, MidJourney, Canva AI, or other generative AI platforms.
You will be responsible for producing compelling content while optimizing workflows using AI, staying ahead of digital trends, and implementing AI-driven strategies to improve audience engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation:
- Research, write, edit, and produce high-quality content (blogs, social media posts, videos, newsletters, whitepapers, etc.).
- Develop multimedia content (graphics, short-form videos, podcasts) using AI-enhanced tools.
- Ensure brand consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all platforms.
- Optimize content for SEO and audience engagement.
AI Integration & Innovation:
- Utilize AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, DALL·E, MidJourney, Adobe Firefly) to streamline content production.
- Experiment with AI-driven content personalization, automation, and analytics.
- Stay updated on AI trends and recommend new tools/strategies to enhance content marketing.
- Train and guide team members on AI-powered content creation best practices.
Analytics & Optimization:
- Monitor content performance using AI analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.).
- Adjust strategies based on data insights to maximize reach and engagement.
- A/B test AI-generated vs. human-generated content for effectiveness.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in content creation (writing, video editing, graphic design, or social media).
- Hands-on expertise in AI tools (LLMs, generative AI, automation, or AI-powered analytics).
- Familiarity with SEO, content marketing, and digital trends.
- Strong creative and analytical skills with an innovative mindset.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with marketing teams.
- Bonus: Knowledge of Python, NLP, or AI model fine-tuning.
