Job Description:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Content Creator & Videographer who will be responsible for producing high-quality photo and video content to support our marketing and social media efforts. This role requires a strong eye for storytelling, visual aesthetics, and the ability to manage content from concept to completion.
The goal is to grow an engaging, high-end Instagram presence that showcases luxury real estate, business insights, and lifestyle content while attracting followers, investors, and collaborations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, shoot, and edit photos and videos of properties, team activities, and promotional materials
- Create engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Develop reels, walkthrough videos, testimonials, and behind-the-scenes content
- Work closely with the operations team to align content with campaigns and brand messaging
- Maintain equipment and manage files, footage, and archives
- Stay updated with social media trends, especially in the real estate and lifestyle sectors
- Assist in creative direction for branding shoots and content calendars
Requirements:
- Proven experience in videography, photography, and content creation
- Proficient in editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, Lightroom, Photoshop, etc.)
- Strong video editing skills with CapCut
- Experience in real estate or Short Term Rental is a plus!
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms and best practices
- Excellent skills in visual composition, color grading, and video editing
- Portfolio showcasing relevant work is required
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively under deadlines
- UAE driving license is a plus
