Marketing Executive- Real Estate
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Executive to join our team at Realty Solution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, particularly with platforms such as Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle and other real estate portals. This role also involves daily management of our social media channels to enhance our online presence and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Online Property Listings:
l Create, manage, and optimize property listings on platforms like Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle and other relevant real estate portals.
l Ensure all property information is accurate, up-to-date, and visually appealing to attract potential clients.
Social Media Management:
l Develop and implement a content calendar for daily posts across social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn,youtube, facebook, tiktok, property finder, bayut and dubizzle etc.).
l Create engaging content, including images, videos, and written posts, to promote properties and the company’s services.
l Monitor social media interactions, respond to comments, and engage with followers to build a strong online community.
Marketing Campaigns:
l Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive traffic to the company’s website.
l Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals.
Analytics and Reporting:
l Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and social media activities.
l Provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvements.
Collaboration and Support:
l Work closely with the sales and admin teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
l Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing tools.
Qualifications:
· Proven experience marketing field in UAE preferred in real estate marketing, particularly with platforms like Dubizzle, Bayut and Property Finder.
· Strong understanding of social media management and digital marketing strategies.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content.
· Proficiency in using analytics tools to measure and optimize marketing performance.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
