We’re looking for a talented videographer who knows how to make content that performs. You’ll be responsible for shooting scripts with an eye for what works on social media—perfect lighting, the right angles, smooth camera movement, and shots that get clicks, saves and shares. If you know your way around short-form storytelling and can make even a 10-second video look cinematic, we want to talk.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the creative team to shoot scripted video content optimized for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook.
- Capture compelling footage with attention to detail, lighting, composition, and camera movement.
- Suggest shot ideas or angles that elevate the storytelling and engagement.
- Adapt shooting styles to suit different clients, brand tones, and platform-specific trends.
- Ensure each video is visually sharp, well-lit, and ready for post-production with minimal fixes.
- Stay updated with viral content styles and visual trends across social platforms.
Requirements
- Strong grasp of lighting techniques—natural and artificial.
- Ability to shoot with Iphone, mirrorless cameras, gimbals, and mobile rigs.
- Creative eye for angles, framing, and visual storytelling.
- Basic understanding of what makes content go viral (hook, pacing, visuals).
- Flexibility to work on different styles—from cinematic shots to fast-paced reels.
Nice to Have:
- Basic video editing skills for reels or drafts.
- Understanding of Instagram/TikTok trends and algorithm behavior.
