Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily soft services operations across assigned sites.
- Monitor the performance of cleaning, pest control, landscaping, and waste disposal teams.
- Ensure that all services meet contractual, safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
- Schedule, train and deploy manpower efficiently based on operational requirements.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits
- Handle client requests or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Train and motivate team members to maintain high service standards and adherence to safety protocols.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, tools, and equipment; raise purchase requests when needed.
- Prepare shift rosters, attendance records, and monthly reports for management review. Requirements:
Education & Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Hospitality, or related field (preferred).
- Certifications in cleaning standards, HSE, or supervisory training (an advantage).
Experience:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in soft services or facilities management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, tools, and industry standards.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,500.00 per month
