Al Horizon LLC is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to spearhead our expansion in SAAS, Website Development and application sales. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in identifying opportunities, building relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role is pivotal in driving our growth and market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential clients ( SAAS/Website / Application Sales) and markets to expand our business.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to achieve company goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Conduct market analysis and keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network with potential clients, Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide regular reports to the management team • Identify and address potential issues or challenges that may affect business growth and profitability
- Stay updated on Industries ' trends and propose strategies to stay ahead in the market.
- Continuously improve sales processes and strategies to increase efficiency and productivity.
Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving targets.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients • Knowledge of sales and marketing techniques and principles.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work under pressure.
