We’re seeking a dynamic professional to join our client's in-house transformation team, focused on executing a large-scale Warehouse Integrated Operations (WIO) program in the UAE. You’ll play a critical role in shaping and reviewing digital strategies, systems, and automation protocols across the logistics and warehousing domain.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Review and evaluate strategy and technical documents developed by the consortium
✅ Identify technology gaps and recommend modern, industry-aligned solutions (AI, Blockchain, IoT, etc.)
✅ Advise on cost optimization and scalable technology deployment
✅ Review IT implementation scope across eWMS, Smart Control Towers, automated storage systems, material tracking, and transport modules
✅ Provide insight on change management strategy and adoption planning
✅ Guide warehouse protocol development and automation process implementation
✅ Support end-to-end execution of WIO transformation:
- Program delivery oversight
- Risk & cost management
- Decision & communication management
- Quality & documentation control
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 8+ years of overall experience.
- 5+years in Logistics/Warehouse Tech Architecture
- Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), IoT, automation tools, and transport systems
- Proven experience in tech advisory or transformation roles
- Familiarity with emerging tech (AI, ML, Blockchain) applied in logistics
- Excellent stakeholder and communication skills
