Key Accountabilities:
- Understand the business requirements in order to articulate thoughtful technical solution taking into considerations all functional and non-functional requirements into consideration in line with the reference architecture and technology roadmap.
- Attends Technical discussion meetings to gather the required information to create the Technical Design Specification and analyses different drivers and trends to propose the best fit solution to meet the business requirements and as per the architecture governance framework and technology roadmap.
- Provides Product, Service Delivery and Transition & Transformation peer reviews and support the Complex Solution Managers
- Support the definition of which Products consideration for the Approved Product List based on cost benefits analyses and research.
- Conducts formal presentation of technical solution to clients and other stakeholders of client organizations.
- Develops pre-sales High level design documentation, presentation of Products and Services and review high level design documentation with peers.
- Develops post sales high level design documentation and review of high-level design documents with peers,
- Defines interdependencies and identifies dependencies at various phases of deign deployment.
- Guides technical implementation team on the approach and technical functions during the project deployment.
- Works with Delivery Management, Transition & Transformation, Service Account Management and Center of Excellence team and Client stakeholders to create technical designs, build and operability validation.
- Works with Digital Platform Services (cloud, data and security), Digital Advanced Technologies & Services (BPA, RPA, IoT, Blockchain & AI/ML & Apps) along with Professional Services & fulfilment to ensure consistent quality approach.
- Support our customers with Cloud Transformation programs and Application Modernization (Containerization, WebApps, among others).
- Serve as an SME for Cloud and Apps Advisory across multiple domains (CSP evaluation, Applications, Security, Infrastructure, CRM, ERPs, Oracle, Digital Applications.) and be part of Cloud Centre of Excellence for our customers.
- Serve as a design architect to design of Data Management practices and respective solutions including Data Governance, Data Strategy, Data Quality, Data Lakes, DWH, etc.
- Responsible for RFI / RFP, pre-sales proposals, technical and commercial bid presentations, negotiating and successfully closing the sales cycle.
- Responsible for ensuring compliance and update to the documentation frameworks to support Service Management & Delivery as well as the Foundational Technologies and Advanced Technologies.
- Ensure the governance and adherence to all defined Enterprise Application Architecture standards, quality measures, functional & non-functional requirements along with guiding principles throughout the lifecycle of the solution definition & implementation.
- Defines and validates technical best practices for the technical engagement lifecycle.
- Attends vendor sessions and extracts relevant information for knowledge transfer, conducts knowledge transfer session for deployment projects, technologies and solutions.
- Lead customer presentation preparations and presentations, Sales, Marketing, Foundational and Advanced Technologies and Service Management & Delivery.
- Responds to RFI and RFP for individual products and end to end solutions.
- Works across Sales, Foundational and Advanced Technologies and Service Management & Delivery to maintain the knowledge of technology, process enhancements.
Qualifications:
- Master or Bachelor's degree or in Computer Science or related IT field
- Enterprise Architecture – TOGAF 9 Certification
- ITIL V3 Foundational Certification, preferably ITIL Service Design or Transition Certification
- Certification
- Microsoft, AWS and/or Salesforce Certified Technical Architecture
- Oracle and/or SAP Certified Professional
- Data Architecture
- Others: CISSIP – ISSAP, Hyper Scaler solutions, VMware, RedHat OpenStack
Experience:
- Minimum 15+ years broad based experience in Enterprise applications (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Microsoft CRM, Digital Apps, Data/Big Data, DWH etc.), Business continuity, RPA, AI/ML applications, having worked in developing customer-centric solutions.
- Gap Analysis between the service requirements and the existing capabilities in the landscape
- Preparation of candidate solutions adopting best practices like TOGAF
- Experienced in Microservices and SOA principals, guidelines and supporting technology along with 12-factor app principals.
- Experience in Outsourcing, Managed Services, Product Management and technical Pre-sales.
- Experience in the following domains: BFSI, Oil & Gas, Energy & Utilities, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Telecommunication, Transport & Logistics & Retail.

- Demonstrate exceptional technical skills across applications, information processing and integration domains with on-premises technologies from Microsoft Azure, IBM, Oracle, IBM, SAP and so forth.
