Job Title: Male Special Educator - Classroom Teacher for People of Determination

Introduction:
We are seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and qualified Male Special Educator to join our team as a Classroom Teacher for people of determination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized instruction to students with various learning needs and disabilities.
- Design and implement lesson plans tailored to the specific educational needs of students in your classroom.
- Create and maintain a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes students' growth and development.
- Develop and execute strategies to meet the individual learning goals and behavioural objectives of each student.
- Collaborate with other educators, specialists, and support staff to create and monitor personalized educational programs (IEPs).
- Assess student progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Special Educator or in a related role working with people of determination.
- Bachelor’s degree in Special Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- Certificate Equivalency is mandatory
- Strong understanding of the diverse needs of students with disabilities, including Autism, Learning Disabilities, ADHD, and other developmental disorders.
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping students succeed.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
