About the Role:
We are hiring a dedicated and passionate Special Education Teacher to support young children with additional learning needs in our inclusive preschool environment. This opportunity is ideal for freshers or candidates with minimal experience who are motivated to grow in the field of early childhood special education.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday
- 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM
- Weekends and public holidays off
Key Responsibilities:
- Support children with special educational needs in their daily classroom activities
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Conduct developmental assessments and prepare evaluation reports
- Assist with structured learning, play-based sessions, and personal care routines
- Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment
- Communicate regularly with parents and contribute to team discussions
- Collaborate with other teachers and support staff to ensure holistic development
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Special Education, Inclusive Education, or Early Childhood Education
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome
- Strong interest and motivation to work with children with special needs
- Good communication skills and a caring, patient attitude
