Position: Special Needs Teacher Assistant
Location: Abu Dhabi
Job Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and delivery of personalized education plans for students with special needs.
- Provide one-on-one support and small group assistance in academic activities.
- Help students with daily routines, including mobility and personal care when required.
- Support classroom management and encourage positive behavior.
- Foster a safe and inclusive environment that promotes the students’ social and emotional development.
- Work collaboratively with teachers and other staff to monitor and track student progress.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student needs and achievements.
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills.
Qualifications:
- Experience working with children with special needs is highly desirable.
- A relevant qualification in Special Education, Child Development, or a related field is an advantage.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping children with special needs.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
- A commitment to maintaining a positive, inclusive, and safe environment for all students.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
