Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a qualified and passionate Speech-Language Therapist to join our multidisciplinary healthcare team in Al Ain. The ideal candidate will be committed to helping patients improve their communication, speech, and language abilities while delivering care with professionalism and compassion.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and communication disorders in children and/or adults.
Develop personalized therapy plans and monitor patient progress.
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and educators to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Provide guidance and education to patients, families, and caregivers.
Maintain detailed and accurate records in compliance with Department of Health (DOH) regulations.
Uphold a high standard of care and ensure patient privacy and dignity at all times.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Valid DOH license OR eligibility to obtain one as a Speech-Language Therapist in the UAE.
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
Previous clinical experience in speech and language therapy is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work full-time (minimum of 48 hours per week).
