Sponsorship and Exhibition Sales

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sponsorship and Exhibition Sales Manager to lead and drive revenue growth across our portfolio of conferences, exhibitions, and B2B events. This role involves identifying potential sponsors and exhibitors, building strong relationships, creating tailored proposals, and closing high-value deals to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to maximize sponsorship and exhibition revenue.
- Identify and target new business opportunities and key industry players.
- Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Prospect, pitch, and close deals with potential sponsors and exhibitors.
- Develop customized sponsorship packages aligned with client marketing objectives.
- Build long-term relationships with key clients, industry leaders, and stakeholders.
- Revenue Generation & Target Achievement
- Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
- Maximize revenue through upselling and cross-selling across event products.
- Proposal & Contract Management
- Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and contracts.
- Negotiate terms and ensure timely execution of agreements.
- Collaboration & Event Coordination
- Work closely with marketing, operations, and content teams to deliver value to sponsors and exhibitors.
- Ensure sponsor deliverables are met before, during, and after the event.
- Market Research & Intelligence
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
- Use CRM tools to manage leads, track progress, and generate reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of proven B2B sales experience in exhibitions, sponsorships, or media sales.
- Strong understanding of the event lifecycle and sponsorship value proposition.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce or Zoho).
Preferred Skills:
- Regional experience in the Middle East or GCC is a plus.
- Existing network within key industries (e.g., oil & gas, energy, tech, construction).
- Passion for events and customer success.
